Qualification: Degree or Equivalen
Experience: 2–5 Years in Marketing, Business Development, Growth, Lead Generation or a similar role
Salary:Upto 30,000 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to minimize and recover lost orders, maximizing sales opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business and growth objectives.
* Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support growth strategies.
* Drive lead generation and conversion through online and offline marketing channels while maximizing ROI.
* Support content optimization and repurposing to improve engagement,



conversions, and brand consistency.
* Track and analyze key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to support product development, marketing strategies, and customer experience enhancement.
* Explore recent marketing channels, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and drive business growth.
* Maintain and manage customer and business databases using Excel, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
* Demonstrate strong customer orientation, persuasion, teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and a proactive approach.
