We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team in Mysuru, India. - Oversee all housekeeping operations and maintain responsibility for the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall quality standards throughout the entire property
- Conduct regular room inspections and comprehensive quality audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and guest expectations
- Coordinate with external housekeeping service providers, monitor daily performance delivery, and verify that contracted services meet agreed-upon standards
- Identify quality deficiencies promptly, communicate concerns assertively yet professionally, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues




- Manage and verify vendor invoices against actual services rendered, ensuring accuracy and cost-effectiveness in all housekeeping expenditures
- Collaborate effectively with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Address guest feedback and complaints regarding cleanliness and quality with empathy and transparency, working toward swift resolution
- Oversee inventory management of linens, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment, maintaining optimal stock levels at all times
- Support property audits and inspections, contributing to the continuous development and refinement of quality assurance protocols
- Train, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth
- Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions, ensuring transparency and compliance with organizational policies
