Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles—from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and onboarding—ensuring timely, quality hires aligned with business needs.
- Administer employee records, maintain HRIS data, and generate reports on attrition, hiring trends, and workforce metrics.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and policy briefings.
- Assist in drafting and revising HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communication materials.
- Support performance management cycles, including scheduling reviews, documenting feedback,



and maintaining competency matrices.
- Act as a frontline point of contact for employee queries on payroll, leave, benefits, and policy clarifications.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

- HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Employee lifecycle management
- Labour law compliance (India-specific)
- Policy documentation & implementation

Preferred

- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lumesse)
- familiarity with HR analytics dashboards
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing systems
