Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicle testing check lists and perform testing and validation
- Planning, instrumentation, execution and summarization of EV testing on road and on chassis dyno
- Investigation and Root cause analysis of the issues encountered and countermeasure during development (during fleet), inhouse testing & post development (market issue) etc.

Technical/ Functional:

Required:

- Valuable knowledge of vehicle systems & Powertrain engineering.
- Detailed system understanding for EV architecture and various powertrain components like motor/inverter, OBC, DCDC, chargers, BMS, battery etc. including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience in vehicle calibration tools such as INCA or equivalent, MATLAB Simulink/ State flow is required.
- Experience in driving on chassis dyno, on road
- Competent in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.)

Desirable:

Experience in EV system would be desirable
