As a Bike Rider/Delivery Executive, you will be the face of the company to our customers, ensuring that every parcel, meal, or document reaches its destination safely and on time. You will operate within a defined geographic zone, using your own two‑wheeler and a smartphone equipped with our proprietary delivery management application. The role demands a high level of punctuality, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to navigate city traffic efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations.

Each day begins with a brief assignment briefing where you receive a batch of orders. You will then travel to the pick‑up points, verify the items against the manifest, and load them securely onto your bike. Throughout the delivery route, you must keep the app updated with real‑time status changes, capture proof of delivery when required, and communicate any delays or issues to the operations team. Accurate record‑keeping is essential for performance tracking and customer satisfaction.

Customer interaction is a core component of this position. You are expected to greet recipients politely, confirm their identity when necessary, and handle any queries or concerns with professionalism. A positive attitude can turn a routine delivery into a memorable experience, reinforcing brand loyalty. In addition,



you will be responsible for maintaining the condition of your bike, performing routine checks, and reporting any mechanical problems promptly to avoid service disruptions.
