Position: Area Sales Manager Location: Thrissur/Palakkad Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Min 5+ years of experience in Food Products or FMCG Products, Chicken industry Experience will be an added advantage Salary: Upto 6.5 LPA Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Open current stores and identify profitable new locations/markets.
- Evaluate feasibility of location, market potential, and logistics before opening stores.
- Recruit and onboard franchisees and ensure they achieve the required ROI.
- Drive sales and marketing activities to increase store turnover.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, Production, SCM, and Business Development.
- Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and company policies are followed across all stores.
- Maintain strong franchisee relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends and suggest improvements.
- Lead and develop the team through clear KRAs, feedback, motivation, and performance reviews.
