Salary: 1200000 Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. 1 Work closely with Technology partners to secure access to test environment and data and technical support 2 Execute test conditions and maintain a record of test outputs including list of defects and actions for resolution 3 Play a lead role in the analysis and reporting of test results, working closely with business, technology and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings 4 Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with senior clients Technical Experience : 1 Should have 4 years of experience of Automation testing 2 Expert in test automation and should be well versed with Java and Rest asured Professional Attributes : 1 positive communication skills 2 24x7 suppport 3 Results orientation 4 Analytical and problems solving Educational Qualification: 1 BTech/MCA, BCA in Computer Science or equivalent
