Experience/Qualifications 1. Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM experience, having implementation experience in Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Training and Event Management 2. Experience in configuration, enhancements, and support of SAP HCM, preferably ECC 6.0 3. Knowledge of the integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules. 4. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices and ability to map them to SAP solutions 5. Previous experience within support, continuous improvement/business analysis projects 6. Self-starter, able to work minimal supervision, takes responsibility, works under pressure, show initiative, and have valuable problem solving and communication skills. Responsibilities 1. Act as the subject matter expert for SAP HCM solutions and provide guidance to the project team. 2. Design and implement solutions for various HR processes such as Time management,



Organisation Management, Employee Self Services, PMS and recruitment using SAP software. 3. Ensure the solutions align with the Banks’s business requirements and meet the required functional and technical specifications. 4. Collaborate with other teams such as functional, technical, and testing teams to ensure the solutions are delivered on time and within budget. 5. Work with various SMEs to perform reviews and/or Root Cause Analysis on production systems failures, formulate corrective action plans, ensure corrective actions are implemented and track their effectiveness. 6. Provide training and support to the Bank’s HR team to ensure the solutions are adopted and used effectively. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP HCM solutions and share knowledge with the team. 8. Lead the implementation of SAP HCM solutions and act as a mentor to junior team members.
