Key Expectations of the Role
1.Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their wellness needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
2.Sales Target Achievement :
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
3.Market Analysis and Prospecting :
- Conduct market research to identify potential corporate clients and market trends relevant to the employee wellness industry.
- Prospect new clients, analyze their requirements, and create compelling wellness proposals tailored to their needs.
4.Policy Presentation and Negotiation :
- Deliver persuasive presentations to clients, explaining Septa Healths wellness offerings and secure deals.
- Collaborate with the internal stake holders to get the best quotations for client RFPs.
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role within the Insurance or Wellness industry is advantageous.
