About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive BTL Activation Executive who enjoys working on the ground and interacting directly with customers.

The role involves participating in events, exhibitions, stalls, roadshows and other on-ground activations where you will engage with visitors, promote products and offers, drive app downloads and help generate sales.

This is a field-oriented role , so candidates should be comfortable approaching customers, explaining products, handling queries and actively converting interactions into app downloads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute on-ground BTL activities, events, stalls and promotional campaigns.
- Represent Krazeal at events, exhibitions, roadshows and other public activations.
- Approach and interact with potential customers at event locations.
- Explain products, offers and promotions to customers.
- Drive Krazeal app downloads and registrations.




- Generate leads and support sales during activations.
- Assist with stall setup, product display and event execution.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Identify potential events and local promotional opportunities.
- Support influencer, cross-promotional and coupon-based collaborations where required.
- Ensure smooth execution of company-booked events, including weekend activations.

What We Are Looking For

- Graduate / PGDBM / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, BTL, events, B2C, e-commerce or marketing.
- Prior experience in field sales, stall sales, exhibitions, roadshows, events or customer-facing activities will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Kannada and English . Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in public places.
- Energetic, presentable, proactive and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working at events and on weekends.
- Must be based in Bengaluru.
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and be willing to use it for field/event activities when required.





Work Pattern

- Working Days: 22-24 days per month
- Event-Based Work: Approximately 7-8 days per month
- Event Days: Approximately 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- Non-Event Days: Office reporting approximately 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Weekend work may be required depending on event schedules.

Compensation

2.0-2.4 LPA , depending on experience and suitability.
