About the job

Education: Bachelors in Engineering. MBA preferred.

Location: Pune

Experience in Manufacturing / Pharma segment in selling Enterprise Software / DMS, BPM, ERP (SAP/ Oracle/ Ramco), or AI/ML enterprise products.

About the Role

- We are hiring a true hunter to drive current logo acquisition across Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical companies
- Demonstrable hunting track record (you must be able to name specific accounts you personally opened from zero).
- Build pipeline from scratch through aggressive outbound cold outreach, partner-led entry, and CXO mapping.
- Existing IT-head/ CIO/ Procurement head -level relationships across multiple large Manufacturing/ Pharma units.
- Lead end to end sales from lead generation till closure with Pre-sales and other stake holders.
- Map decision-making heads CIOs, GMs (IT), procurement heads and to get the deal closed in our favor.
- Should have closed multiple enterprise sales deals of 1 Cr plus during last one year.
- Should have worked with at least 10-12 accounts at senior position with the below accounts. Bajaj Auto, TELCO, TVS, Mahindra & Mahindra,



Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen, Fiat India Automobiles, Cumins, Kirloskar, Bharat Forge, General Motors, ZF Friedrichshafen AG, GLAXO, GLENmark, Emcure, Wockhard, Lupin, Serum Institute, Hikal Ltd, Eisen Pharmaceuticals, Medihymns Pharma Pvt Ltd etc.
- You should be a self-starter who generates own pipeline. comfortable with cold outreach, and extensive travel. High integrity, sharp on compliance
