About the job

GutGlow is growing fast, and growth without structure just becomes chaos. I'm hiring the first person into our Founder's Office to bring order to that chaos: simplify how we operate and build the systems this business will run on for the next stage of growth.

This is a from-zero role. You won't inherit anyone else's system; you'll decide how lead management, onboarding, and day-to-day ops actually work here.

What you'll actually be doing:

- Designing and improving the operational systems we run on

- Owning lead management and follow-ups so nothing falls through the cracks

- Building SOPs that actually get used, not just filed away

- Making client onboarding smooth from day one

- Working directly with the founder on whatever the business needs next

Who this is for - two tracks, pick whichever fits you:

- 1-2 years experience: you've already brought order to some kind of chaos - ops, client success, project coordination, admin-heavy founder support - and you're ready to own a function, not just support one. We'll train you further from here.

Fresher, 0-1 year: you're sharp,



organised by default (not by effort), and you want your first job to be one where you build something real from scratch, not run someone else's playbook.

Either way, you are:

Proactive without being asked twice

Based in Delhi NCR, able to work hybrid from our Noida office - non-negotiable, please only apply if this fits
