About the job

Job Purpose

To support the organization's strategic planning and growth objectives by conducting market, industry, and competitive analysis, generating actionable business insights, and driving key corporate planning initiatives. The role is responsible for leading strategic projects, supporting management decision-making through data-driven recommendations, preparing executive-level presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate sustainable organic and inorganic growth while ensuring timely execution of corporate priorities.

Responsibilities

1. To support the strategic actions and initiatives of the organization towards organic and/or inorganic growth.
2. Collect and interpret data from various sources (external & internal) and develop meaningful conclusions.
3. Arrive at cogent conclusions/recommendations on current status and possible evolution of key industry levers.
4. Study and analyze competitor financials and prepare periodic benchmarking report.
5. Track and report on strategic developments, M&A; activity, and announcements by competitors in the region
6.



Assist in preparation of strategic internal and Board presentations.
7. Assist in developing medium & long-term growth strategy, based on supply-demand, price and market evolution.
8. Leverage internal and external resources to support analysis from qualitative and quantitative research.
9. Support cross-functional teams on day-to-day execution and long-term expansion of the program.

Qualifications : MBA

Experience : 04 - 10 Years
