Job Summary
We are looking for female Telecallers to join our real estate team at Maninagar. The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, communicating with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team through regular lead follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to provided leads.
Speak with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Provide basic information about real estate projects/services.
Generate and qualify potential leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Maintain proper records of calls and lead status.
Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Fresher to 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer communication.
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
Basic English communication is sufficient.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and positive personality.
Good client-handling and convincing skills.
Comfortable with making regular calls to clients.
