Job Title - Chief of Staff

Experience - 0 to 1 year

Qualification - CA ( CA fresher )

Purpose - The Executive Assistant to CFO will act as a key partner to the CFO, supporting strategic planning, Business analytics, and data driven insights for Processed Food Division. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires solid business acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Support the CFO in formulation and execution of business strategy
- Track and monitor progress of strategic initiatives across functions
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking

Business Analytics & Insights

- Develop and manage dashboards for tracking key business KPIs
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data modelling
- Work closely with finance and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency





Business Insights & Decision Support

- Prepare data-backed reports and presentations for leadership reviews
- Provide analytical support for key business decisions

CFO Office Management

- Manage CFOs priorities, calendar, and critical deliverables
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
- Act as a liaison between CFO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor communications
