Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter & Generalist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process along with day-to-day HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, candidate-handling, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment , from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Handle offer discussions and salary negotiations with selected candidates.

- Coordinate with candidates during the offer and joining process.





- Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update recruitment trackers.

- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding open positions and candidate status.

- Support day-to-day HR activities and general HR coordination as required.

- Maintain proper recruitment and employee-related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.

- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process .

- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable handling salary negotiations and offer discussions .

- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.

- Good organizational and record-maintenance skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR tools .
