Position: AI & Data Analytics Trainer

Reporting To: Centre Head / Training Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI & Data
Analytics Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training to youth at our
Skill Development Centre. The trainer will be responsible for developing
learners' practical knowledge of Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence,
Python, and data visualization, with a strong focus on employability and
hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver
classroom and practical training in AI, Data Analytics, Python, and
related technologies.

- Explain
technical concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.

- Conduct
hands-on sessions, exercises, assignments, projects, and assessments.

- Train
students on data handling, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and
interpretation.

- Introduce
learners to AI/ML concepts, applications, and responsible use of AI
tools.

- Provide
practical exposure to tools such as Python, Excel, SQL, Power
BI/Tableau, and AI tools.

- Design
and guide learners through real-world projects and case studies.

- Conduct
pre- and post-assessments to track learner progress.

- Identify
learning gaps and provide additional support to weaker learners.

- Support
learners in completing projects and building job-ready portfolios.

- Maintain
attendance, assessment scores, training records, and other MIS
requirements.

- Coordinate
with the Centre Head, placement team,



and other stakeholders for learner
engagement and outcomes.

- Support
placement-oriented activities such as mock interviews, resume preparation,
technical assessments, and industry sessions.

- Ensure
training quality, discipline, and timely completion of the assigned
curriculum.

Data Analytics

- MS
Excel – formulas, functions, pivot tables, dashboards

- SQL
fundamentals and database concepts

- Data
cleaning and preparation

- Data
analysis and interpretation

- Data
visualization

- Power
BI / Tableau

- Basic
statistics and business analytics

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

- Fundamentals
of AI and Machine Learning

- Supervised
and unsupervised learning concepts

- Basic
ML algorithms and model evaluation

- Generative
AI fundamentals

- Prompt
engineering and effective use of AI tools

- Practical
AI applications and responsible AI

Educational Qualification

- BSC
( IT/CS/EC ) , BCA/MCA , Poly Diploma ( IT/CS) , BE/BTECH ( IT/CS/EC )

- Relevant
industry certifications in AI, Data Analytics, Python, Power BI, or
related technologies will be an advantage.

Experience





- 2–4
years of experience in training, teaching, or industry experience in
Data Analytics / AI / Machine Learning.

- Candidates
with strong industry experience and good communication skills may also be
considered.

- Prior
experience in skill development, vocational training, youth training,
or employability programs will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong
knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel and Data Visualization.

- Good
understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.

- Hands-on
experience with Power BI/Tableau.

- Ability
to explain technical concepts to beginners.

- Strong
communication and presentation skills.

- Good
classroom management and learner engagement skills.

- Ability
to develop practical assignments and projects.

- Comfortable
working with students from diverse educational backgrounds.

- Strong
orientation towards learner outcomes and employability.
