URGENT HIRING – HEAD NURSE & STAFF NURSE
Location: Uttar Pradesh, India

1. HEAD NURSE – 10 POSITIONS
Department Allocation:
• Obstetrics & Gynaecology – 2
• Paediatrics – 2
• ICU – 2
• Emergency Department – 2
• NICU – 2
QUALIFICATION
• GNM
• B.Sc. Nursing
• Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and coordinate nursing activities within the assigned department
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and patient safety standards
• Lead, mentor and support nursing staff
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor nursing documentation, medication administration and patient care plans
• Prepare duty schedules and manage departmental staffing
• Promote infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
2. EXPERIENCED STAFF NURSE – 10 POSITIONS

QUALIFICATION
• GNM
• B.Sc. Nursing
• Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
EXPERIENCE
• Freshers may apply
• Minimum 2 years of hospital experience preferred
• General Ward / Private Ward experience will be an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide safe,
compassionate and evidence-based nursing care
• Assess, monitor and accurately document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist doctors during procedures and emergency situations
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment and post-care instructions
• Follow hospital quality, safety and infection-control protocols

• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
