Job DescriptionAssistant/ Associate Director - Loan Operations/ Servicing, Gurgaon & Costa Rica
nWe are looking for a passionate, energetic individual to join our Lending Services division. You will be part of team working for prestigious Loan Operations clients based out of global geography and will help to grow the same.
nThere is an opportunity for the candidate to relocate and work from our Costa Rica office for a duration of up to 2 years.
nKey Responsibilities

- Facilitate teams to critically review and manage Loans (bi-lateral and syndicates loans), Treasury & Cash Management Services and Trade Finance Operations for efficiency, effectiveness and simplification.n
- Manage large teams, ensure overall governance from processing, training and learning & development requirementsn
- Identify risks and issues in business processes and systems and provide training programs on new processes as needed.n
- Demonstrate aptitude to challenge current processes by understanding the target operating model and suggest solutions to bring efficiencies in the processn




- Establish culture of continuous process improvements, identifying opportunities for improving quality and controls, ideas to eliminate waste and improving both efficiency and effectiveness.n
- Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. Use professional concepts in developing resolution to moderately complex issues.n
- Establish and maintain constructive working relationship and keep stakeholders (internal and external) informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs and providing solutionsn
- Display sound understanding of cost of operations and consciously strive for opportunities to drive the cost down without impacting the deliveryn
- Demonstrate good acumen for creating Sales and Marketing strategies for recent business developmentn
- Ensure compliance with the data governance policies, standards and operational proceduresn
