nWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead a real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing teams, developing business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.n
- Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team.n
- Drive sales and revenue growth for the company's real estate projects.n
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, referrals, and other sources.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.n




- Identify current business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales.n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.n
- Manage and expand the channel partner network.n
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and take corrective actions where required.n
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of prospective customers.n
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and project teams to ensure a smooth sales and customer experience.n
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.n
- Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to build a high-performing team.n
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable real estate regulations.n
