n Fitclub is looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure an exceptional experience for all members and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the face of the club, responsible for handling front desk operations, addressing member queries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

n Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members and walk-in guests in a professional and friendly mannern
- Handle front desk operations including check-ins, calls, and inquiriesn
- Ensure smooth coordination between members and internal teams (trainers, sales, management)n
- Address and resolve member concerns promptly and effectivelyn
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedbackn




- Support membership sales team by sharing basic plan details and generating leadsn
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean, organized, and presentable at all timesn
- Manage appointments, schedules, and follow-ups when requiredn

n Requirements:

- n
- 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (hospitality/fitness industry preferred)n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Presentable personality with a positive attituden
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a rapid-paced environmentn
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)n
