nRole Description
nWe are looking for a hardcore Travel Sales consultant with a good understanding of fares who can think "out of the box" and is an expert in Reservations, Fares, routing, PNR Creation, etc.
nThis is a full-time on-site role, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales specifically for the UK market. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented person with rich experience in the hard-core Travel industry.
nEligibility Criteria:




n3-10 years of hardcore sales experience in the UK Travel sector - Air Flights only.
nOnly B2C (Voice Process).
nConfidently taking and handling calls from UK clients and offering them the best available deals and converting them to Sales.
nMeeting and overachieving their targets while maintaining call quality and accuracy.
nNeed to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow-ups
nAdvising clients of the best solutions to their requirements.
nGenerating current and repeat sales.
nUpselling and adding on ancillary products.
nGDS Amadeus knowledge is a must, with Airport codes.
nExcellent USA Geographical knowledge.
nDetail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
nExceptional Sales & Convincing Skills.
nExcellent communication & interpersonal skills.
nFlexibility to shift patterns as the sales operation is open on weekends and bank holidays
