nOverview
nThe Audit Director provides senior-level oversight of U.S. audit engagements and offshore audit delivery. This role focuses on quality oversight, technical leadership, people development, and strong collaboration with U.S. partners and engagement leaders.
nKey Responsibilities

- Provide strategic oversight of multiple U.S. audit engagementsn
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and firm quality standardsn
- Review complex audit areas and financial statement disclosuresn
- Partner with U.S. leadership on engagement planning, resourcing, and deliveryn
- Lead quality initiatives and continuous process improvementn

nTeam Leadership & People Management

- Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and senior staffn
- Drive performance management, coaching, and capability developmentn
- Ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across audit teamsn

nQualifications

- n
- 12+ years of progressive audit experience in public accountingn
- CA/CPA preferred but not requiredn
- Deep technical expertise in U.S. auditing standards and complex audit mattersn
- Proven leadership and cross-border collaboration experiencen
