n1. JOB PURPOSE
nLead the furniture and interior product design function, combining strong aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop innovative, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions.
n2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n- Lead and manage the design team.
n- Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends.
n- Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions.
n- Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
n- Review production drawings, BOMs,



and validate prototypes.
n- Lead design for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
n- Track global trends and drive design innovation.
n- Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent.
n- Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues.
n- Support sales with presentations and client discussions.
