nIf you're the kind of person who can walk up to a stranger, make them smile, get them talking on camera, and then turn that into a killer video within hours, we should talk.
nAt SolarSquare, we're not looking for someone to sit behind a desk and "plan content." We want someone who's out there, in the real world, capturing stories that actually matter.
nWhat you'll be doing (basically your day-to-day):
nVisiting our customers across cities and getting them to share their solar journey on camera
nBreaking the ice with people who've never spoken on video before (and making it feel natural)
nShooting testimonials, candid moments, and anything interesting you spot on-site
nGrabbing quick, sharp snippets with founders and team members
nCreating short-form content for SolarSquare's social channels
nEditing videos quick—Reels, Shorts, whatever works—while the story is still fresh
nFiguring out what content will click, not just what looks "nice"
nYou'll fit right in if you:




nAre super comfortable talking to new people (you don't wait, you initiate)
nDon't freeze when a camera is on
nCan direct people casually without making it awkward
nKnow how to shoot AND edit (phone or camera—doesn't matter, output does)
nThink fast, move fast, and don't need hand-holding
nKnow how to translate brand RTBs into engaging, consumable content
nAre okay traveling across Tier 1 cities
nStay on top of short-form video trends and adapt them to brand storytelling
nHave a strong instinct for fast-paced, engaging edits (hooks, jump cuts, captions, pattern interrupts)
nUse AI tools to speed up editing, captions, and ideation
nContinuously experiment, iterate, and improve content based on performance and learnings
nBonus points if you:
nHave done street interviews / vox pops / customer stories
nAre already making content on Instagram / YouTube
nHave a strong sense of what works i
