nWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our production team and take ownership of the successful delivery of AAA game projects.
nThis role is for someone who understands game production beyond schedules and task tracking — someone who can bring structure, accountability and predictability to complex projects while keeping artists, leads and clients aligned.
nYou will work closely with Art Leads, Artists, Production, QA and international clients to ensure projects move smoothly from planning through delivery.
nKey Responsibilities
nProject & Production Management
n* Own end-to-end project delivery across scope, schedule, quality and resources.
n* Build and maintain production plans, milestones, timelines and dependencies.
n* Track progress across multiple teams and disciplines.
n* Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.




n* Identify production bottlenecks and resolve them proactively.
nTeam Coordination
n* Coordinate artists, leads and internal teams to maintain production momentum.
n* Establish clear ownership, priorities and deadlines.
n* Monitor team capacity and work with leadership on resource planning.
n* Ensure blockers and dependencies are identified and addressed quickly.
nClient Management
n* Provide transparent and accurate project updates, reports and forecasts.
n* Manage expectations around timelines, scope, priorities and risks.
n* Ensure client feedback is communicated clearly to the production team and converted into actionable tasks.
nQuality & Iteration
n* Ensure assets move through the required review and feedback cycles efficiently.
n* Track feedback, revisions and approvals to avoid unnecessary production delays.
n* Work closely with Art Leads to ensure deliverables remain aligned with the required artistic and tech
