n✅ Hands-on experience with Amadeus (Preferred) or Sabre
n✅ Strong knowledge of:
nFlight Bookings & Reservations
nPNR Creation & Management
nTicketing
nRefunds & Cancellations
nReissues & Exchanges
nFare Rules & Itinerary Management
n✅ Experience in TMC (Travel Management Company) or B2B Travel Support
n✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
n✅ Comfortable working in a 24x7 shift environment
