- Map existing business processes and identify hyper automation opportunities with measurable ROIn
- Lead process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to document current-state workflowsn
- Design future-state automated processes with clear handoffs between human and AI agentsn
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery timelines for automation projectsn
- Track project dependencies, risks, and blockers—escalating and resolving issues proactivelyn
- Maintain project documentation including technical specs, process maps, and deployment runbooksn
- Prepare status updates, demos, and executive briefings on automation program progressn
- Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and process owners to ensure smooth adoptionn

nRequired Technical Skills:

- 5 years of hands-on development experience with Python (qualified or substantial project work)n
- Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI,



or similar)n
- Experience building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflowsn
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps, or OpenAI Service)n
- Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architecturesn
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD conceptsn
- Experience with process automation tools (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or RPA platforms is a plus)n

nRequired Program Management & Process Skills:
