nEligibility
nGraduate in any discipline
n1–3 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO
nMandatory: Hands-on experience with Google Ads
nExperience in a Blended Process (Voice, Chat & Email)
nExcellent English communication skills (B2 Level)
nAssessment Score Required: 65
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions across Voice, Chat, and Email.n
- Troubleshoot Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.n




- Deliver first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and case analysis.n
- Review historical case data to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.n
- Use AI-assisted tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.n
- Maintain process adherence, documentation, follow-ups, and case management.n
- Drive high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.n
