n The Team Lead – Primary Years will provide academic and pedagogical leadership to the Primary Years team, ensuring the effective implementation of the Cambridge Primary curriculum and a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the phase.
n The role involves supporting teachers in curriculum planning, assessment, classroom practice, professional development, and student progress while fostering a team-oriented and reflective team culture. The Team Lead will work closely with the school leadership to translate the school's vision and Cambridge framework into meaningful learning experiences for students.

Qualifications & Experience n Essential
n
- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Primary Education, or a relevant subject area.n
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. n
- Minimum 5 years of successful Primary teaching experience , preferably within a Cambridge or international school.n
- Demonstrated experience in curriculum planning, assessment,



and primary pedagogy.n
- Solid understanding of the Cambridge Primary curriculum and assessment framework .n
- Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or supporting other teachers.n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.n
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.n

- Experience in a Cambridge Pathway school across multiple Primary year groups.n
- Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (PDQ) or relevant Cambridge training.n
- Previous experience as a Year Lead, Subject Lead, Key Stage Lead, Primary Coordinator, or similar academic leadership role.n
- Experience with curriculum development, school improvement, or accreditation processes.n
- Experience working with diverse, multicultural learner communities.n
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technology-enhanced pedagogy.n
