n About the Role
nWe're not looking for a "content person." We're looking for someone who is the internet — who can spot a trend the moment it drops, turn a random Tuesday into a video idea, and genuinely enjoys being on camera. This isn't a "sit in a room and talk to the camera" job — we want creators who think beyond the four walls of a room setup: different locations, different angles, different POVs, different formats. You'll be part of a growing in-house creative team building the company's short-form video presence from the ground up.

n What You'll Do

- Star in and shoot trendy, rapid-turnaround videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyondn
- Think in terms of performance — hooks, retention, watch time — not just "nice content"n
- Write punchy, native-feeling copy — ad scripts, captions, hooks, on-screen text — that sounds like a person, not a brandn
- Ideate scroll-stopping concepts on the spot, riffing on trending formats,



sounds, and templatesn
- Shoot and edit your own content end-to-end (phone-first workflows are fine — vibe > gear)n
- Stay obsessively updated on trends, edit styles, transitions, sounds, and internet lingo before they go mainstreamn
- Collaborate with the in-house editor and marketing team to keep output consistent and on-brandn

- High-energy, people's-person energy — someone who's comfy on camera and doesn't take themselves too seriouslyn
- Camera-friendly and comfortable performing/improvising on the spotn
- Strong copywriting instincts — can write a hook that stops the scroll in under a minuten
- Hands-on shooting and editing skills (Inshot, Reels editor, Premiere Pro, or similar)n
- Deep, active fluency in internet culture — trends, formats, lingo, meme literacyn
- A performance-first mindset: you care about numbers, not just aestheticsn
