nWe're looking for an Artist Manager / Talent Manager who can build strong creator relationships while driving meaningful commercial opportunities for our exclusive talent roster.
nWhat You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day relationships with our exclusive creator and talent rostern
- Identify, pitch, and close relevant brand partnership opportunities for creatorsn
- Negotiate commercial terms including rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines on behalf of creatorsn
- Act as the key bridge between creators and brands to ensure smooth campaign executionn
- Brief creators thoroughly and ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectivesn




- Track creator earnings, payments, contracts, and partnership history across campaignsn
- Guide creators on brand fit, content positioning, audience categories, and long-term growth opportunitiesn
- Work closely with the internal brand partnerships team to match creators with incoming briefsn
- Scale the exclusive talent roster from 5 creators to 20+ creators over the next 12 monthsn
- Build long-term relationships with creators and become a trusted advisor in their professional journeyn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital content ecosystemn
