n About the Role:
nWe are looking for a Customer Success Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support to enterprise customers , troubleshoot production issues , and ensure seamless operation of cloud-based applications . You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex technical challenges and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

n Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for enterprise customers.n
- Investigate incidents using application logs , SQL queries , and monitoring tools .n
- Perform Root Cause Analysis ( RCA ) and drive issue resolution.n
- Support REST APIs , webhooks , integrations , and authentication workflows .n
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to resolve customer-reported issues.n
- Manage customer onboarding , technical implementations ,



and ongoing production support .n
- Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.n
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets while adhering to SLAs .n

n Requirements:
n
- n
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Customer Success Engineering, or Application Support.n
- Strong understanding of SQL and REST APIs .n
- Experience with Postman , webhooks , and API troubleshooting .n
- Experience with scripting using Python or JavaScript .n
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS , GCP , or Azure .n
- Familiarity with Linux , application logs , and production incident management .n
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or similar.n
- Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.n
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. n
