n Key Responsibilities:

n1. Audit Planning & Engagement Management

- Lead statutory audits for clients across industries including Manufacturing, Services, Trading, NBFCs, and others.n
- Conduct detailed audit planning, including risk assessment, materiality determination, and scope definition.n
- Identify significant risk areas and develop audit strategies aligned with Standards on Auditing (SAs).n
- Manage audit timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.n

n2. Execution of Statutory Audits

- Independently execute statutory audits for Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, LLPs, and Group Audit Components.n
- Perform audit testing of complex areas such as:n
- Revenue Recognitionn
- Inventory Valuationn
- Provisions & Contingenciesn
- Deferred Taxn
- Financial Instrumentsn
- Leasesn
- Impairment Assessmentsn
- Related Party Transactionsn
- Ensure compliance with:n
- Ind AS / IGAAPn
- Companies Act, 2013n
- Schedule III Reporting Requirementsn
- CARO 2020n
- ICAI Standards on Auditingn
- Identify audit adjustments, control deficiencies, and key observations requiring management intervention.n
