nmanaging and nurturing client relationships, increasing the Share of Wallet, and facilitating
nseamless collaboration across internal teams. Additionally, you'll cultivate positive client
nexperiences, ensuring strong business retention while actively seeking growth opportunities.
nThis role requires outstanding communication skills, swift responsiveness, and a steadfast
ncommitment to delivering excellent service support. Handling high-profile enterprise accounts,
nyour role significantly influences maintaining and strengthening our firm's relationships with
nthese clients.
nKey Responsibilities:
nManage and nurture client relationships within the Ecommerce Vertical, focusing on
nincreasing Share of Wallet and ensuring client satisfaction.
nCollaborate seamlessly with internal teams to address client needs promptly and
nefficiently.




nDevelop a comprehensive client success roadmap outlining the entire client experience
nacross various touchpoints, including the client engagement model, service precision, and
nSOP management.
nRegularly conduct weekly/monthly business reviews with clients, emphasizing and
nenhancing the service delivery experience.
nEscalate and resolve client-raised concerns promptly and effectively.
nMonitor performance against service level agreements, identifying and addressing
npotential issues for timely resolution.
nMaintain exceptional service quality, consistently exceeding client expectations at every
ntouchpoint.
nManage enterprise-level accounts with reputed brand names, understanding their
nbusiness potential and ensuring the firm's solid association with these clients.
nAct as a liaison between the logistics firm and clients, ensuring effective communication
nand a deep understanding of their
