Job DescriptionSenior Accounts Manager – Lucknow n Position: Senior Accounts Manager
n Experience: 15–20 Years
n Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
n Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities n
- n
- Manage complete accounting and finance operations of the organization.n
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements .n
- Handle taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance .n
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and tax returns .n
- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.n
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.n
- Handle Tally and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.n
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.n
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.n
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.n
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.n




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.n

Required Skills & Qualifications n
- n
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.n
- Strong hands-on experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization .n
- Excellent knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and Income Tax .n
- Tally proficiency is mandatory. n
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.n
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.n
- Strong team management and analytical skills.n
- Candidates from construction, infrastructure, architecture, or consulting industries will be preferred.n
