nWhat You'll do

- Require the candidate to support the Lease Accounting process through the complete lease(s) life cycle, and Intercompany/Consolidations process for global markets.n
- Prepare the monthly reconciliations for ROU, Lease Liability and Asset Retirement Obligation/Cost and prepaid balances for all subsidiaries.n
- Prepare intercompany schedules and identify as well as resolve track mis-matches.n
- Prepare quarterly roll-forwards for external disclosures.n
- Review the lease contracts and condense the information and key clauses therefrom in the Lease set-up checklist.n
- Set-up the lease in the Lease management tool and ensure the records are always upto-date throughout the lease period.n
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional peers from Facilities, Local Finance Controllers, HR and other stakeholders to obtain and provide required clarifications.n
- Perform periodic analysis of Balance Sheet and expense items to identify and report any discrepancies or outliers and provide required support during internal,



statutory and group audits.n
- Build relationships with key points of contact across the processes and other functions both within the company and externally with vendors to maintain an understanding of the process context and identify both intra process and cross process improvementn
- Lead a small team of 1-2 individual contributors and independently manage deliverables with minimal oversight and participate in finance projects and assist the Team Leader in ad-hoc deliverables.n

nWhat We're looking for

- n
- US CPA preferred. CA may be considered with relevant experience with minimum 2 -4 years of experience in an accounting process is preferred.n
- Exposure to ERP systems and reconciliations tools would be desired.n
- Experience and working knowledge of ASC842/IFRS16/ASC410 would be preferred.n
- Experience in working in a shared services setting will be an advantage.n
