Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands across leading e-commerce marketplaces. This role involves end-to-end business ownership, including sales planning, account management, merchandising, promotional planning, commercial execution, financial reconciliation, and marketplace relationship management.
nThe ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to drive profitable business growth while collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Ownership

- Own the revenue, growth, profitability, and overall P&L; for the assigned brand portfolio.n
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans aligned with company objectives.n
- Drive achievement of sales, margin, and inventory KPIs.n
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reconciliation with marketplace partners.n

nMarketplace Account Management

- Manage the day-to-day business across marketplaces,



including: Tata CLiQ ,Myntra, AJIOn
- Emerging Quick Commerce and Omni-channel platformsn
- Assortment planningn
- Pricing executionn
- Promotional planningn
- Campaign participationn
- Business reviewsn
- Relationship management with marketplace category teamsn

nSales & Commercial Planning

- Optimize pricing, markdowns, and promotional investments.n
- Monitor sales performance and recommend corrective actions.n
- Drive seasonal launches and recent collection onboarding.n
- Forecast demand and prepare sell-in/sell-out plans.n

nAnalytics & Reporting

- Track and analyze key business metrics, including sales performance, profitability, inventory health, conversion, ASP, and campaign effectiveness.n
- Prepare periodic business reviews and recommend actionable growth plans.n

nCross-functional Collaboration
