Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Kozhikode. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with gyms, fitness brands, and related partners, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, meeting potential clients, delivering product demos,



and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and support campaigns. The Sales Executive will track sales performance, report on pipeline status, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand Discipl’s presence in the local fitness ecosystem.
Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management, ideally within fitness, technology, or SaaS environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including gyms, brands, and local partners.
Comfort with using CRM tools, sales analytics, and basic digital platforms to manage pipeli
