Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at Arena Animation in Kozhikode for a Placement Officer and Soft Skills Trainer. The role involves coordinating student placement activities, building and maintaining relationships with hiring partners,



and organizing campus recruitment drives and industry interactions. The professional will guide learners on career pathways, support resume and portfolio development, and conduct mock interviews and interview-preparation sessions. They will design and deliver soft skills training modules covering communication, teamwork, professional etiquette, and workplace readiness. The role also includes tracking placement outcomes, maintaining placement records, preparing reports, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to improve student employability.
