Job Title: Customer Account Manager – (BFSI)

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and regulatory requirements in banking and financial services, combined with excellent relationship management and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth
• Manage a portfolio of BFSI clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and customer
retention.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for cybersecurity solutions and
services.

Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, Risk
& Compliance Heads).
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue




resolution.
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients.

Cybersecurity Advisory
• Understand client security posture and recommend appropriate solutions (e.g.,
SIEM, SOC, IAM, endpoint security, cloud security).
• Align offerings with regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS, ISO
27001, and other BFSI compliance standards.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions.

Sales & Revenue Responsibility
• Own revenue targets and pipeline for assigned accounts.
• Lead deal cycles from opportunity identification to closure.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, delivery, product, and
support).
• Ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity projects and services.
