Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manesar. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that increase organic visibility, lead generation and website traffic for METS Lab’s digital properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research,



performing on-page optimizations, creating backlinks(off-page SEO activity), managing technical and content-related SEO audits, and monitoring web analytics to improve search performance. The specialist will oversee link-building initiatives, collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with campaigns, and prepare regular performance reports and recommendations. The role also involves staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices to maintain and enhance rankings.
