Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at Sri Isha Cafe’s Bengaluru outlets, ensuring smooth service, consistent food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This full time, on-site role includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and guiding team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene,



and customer service. The Manager monitors inventory, manages vendor relationships, and works with the kitchen team to support efficient food and beverage preparation. Additional responsibilities include handling customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, supporting hiring and training, and implementing processes that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role also involves basic administrative tasks such as cash handling, reporting, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
