Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram focused on event productions and operations. The role involves coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, including vendor management, logistics, scheduling, and on-ground setup. The individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations and creative concepts.



Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing production workflows, tracking budgets and resources, managing risk and contingencies, and ensuring high-quality delivery during rehearsals and live events. The role also includes post-event evaluation, documentation, and continuous process improvement to enhance future event experiences.
Qualifications
Strong event production and operations skills, including planning, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution.
Experience in vendor and partner management, with the ability to negotiate, schedule, and oversee multiple service providers.
Project management abilities, including timeline management, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
