Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive and Store Manager based in Kanpur. The role involves managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The Sales Executive and Store Manager will greet and assist customers, provide product information, handle billing and cash management, and ensure a smooth and pleasant in-store experience. The role also includes monitoring sales performance,



achieving targets, managing staff schedules, training team members, and implementing promotional activities. Accurate reporting, coordination with head office, and adherence to company policies and customer service standards are key to success in this position.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and close sales effectively.
Experience in store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and basic retail administration.
Ability to lead and supervise store staff, allocate tasks, and maintain a positive, skilled work environment.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
