Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Wealth Managers, Chief Managers, and Team Leaders will be responsible for acquiring, advising,
and managing client relationships across individual, HNI, and institutional segments. Daily responsibilities include assessing client goals and risk profiles, developing comprehensive financial and investment plans, recommending suitable products across mutual funds, equities, derivatives, fixed income, insurance, and other wealth solutions, and monitoring portfolio performance. The role involves leading and mentoring team members, driving business growth, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with research and product teams to deliver informed, research-driven advice. These managers will also conduct regular client reviews, prepare reports, and support clients through market cycles to ensure long-term relationship continuity.
