Job Summary
Koshish Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile and technically sound Sales Engineer to drive sales and business growth for Wastewater Treatment Plant solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, technical discussions, solution selling, techno-commercial proposal preparation, client relationship management, and complete sales cycle management for STP, ETP, ZLD.
The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies along with excellent B2B sales and consultative selling skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, manufacturing, institutional, and utility sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn, consultants, channel partners,



and industrial associations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical companies, food processing units, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
• Promote wastewater treatment solutions .

Techno-Commercial Sales
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for wastewater treatment projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for feasibility studies, process design inputs, site surveys, and proposal preparation.
• Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions including:
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)
Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems
• Prepare cost estimations, project scope documents, and commercial quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercia
