We're looking for a Paid Media Executive who is curious about numbers, obsessed with performance and enjoys figuring out why something is working—or isn't.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical and ambitious individual who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and figuring things out.

You may have some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or performance marketing, but we are NOT looking for a traditional paid-media specialist.

We are looking for someone with robust aptitude,



analytical thinking and learning ability who can start by working closely with our performance marketing function and, over time, potentially grow into owning the 360° digital growth of healthcare clients.

What You'll Do

Work closely with the performance marketing team to manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign data, budgets and performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyse numbers, identify patterns and turn data into actionable insights.
Help understand why a campaign, channel or client account is performing differently from expectations.
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel and other analytics tools.
Work with internal teams across website, SEO, content, design and technology to execute client requirements.
