They should be detail-oriented enough to manage enquiries, records, and follow-ups smoothly, yet personable enough to build lasting trust with prospective families. Ideally someone adaptable and growth-minded, since the role will evolve from admissions-focused work into library and student engagement as the school scales.





Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Fluent in Telugu (spoken)
Local candidate preferred, familiar with the Nellore/Muthukur area
Presentable and confident in face-to-face parent interactions
Reliable and punctual, comfortable with a school-day schedule
Trustworthy with sensitive family and student information
Willing to take initiative in a founding-team, early-stage school environment
