Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned brands and drive measurable business growth.
Develop brand positioning, messaging and value proposition.
Lead market research, consumer research, competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Identify, build and execute integrated marketing strategies across various marketing verticals, including Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, ATL, BTL, PR, Experiential Marketing, Partnerships, CRM & Retention, Growth Marketing, Brand Activations, Retail & Trade Marketing and Product Launches.
Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Work closely with creative, design, content, performance,



production and external agency teams to ensure flawless execution.
Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance and optimisation based on business objectives and data.
Present marketing strategies, campaign plans and performance reports to founders and clients.

What We're Looking For
2-4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Strategy or Growth Marketing.
Proven track record of building and growing consumer brands with measurable business outcomes.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, positioning and integrated marketing.
Sound knowledge of theoretical marketing frameworks such as STP, Value Proposition, AIDA, Marketing Funnels and other modern growth frameworks.
Positive understanding of consumer psychology and behavioural marketing principles, and the ability to apply them in real business scenarios.
Strong knowledge of both digital and offline marketin
